WHOEVER WANTS TO SERVE ME, MUST FLOOW ME

WHOEVER SERVES ME, MUST FOLLOW ME 20Now among those who went up to worship at the feast were some Greeks. 21So these came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and asked him, “Sir, we wish to see Jesus.” 22Philip went and told Andrew; Andrew and Philip went and told Jesus. 23And Jesus answered them, “The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. 24Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. 25Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. 26If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. SO MUCH GOD LOVED THE WORLD

GOD LOVED SO MUCH THE WORLD 16“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. 19And this is the judgment: The light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. 20For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. 21But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” JOHN 3:16-21 COMMENTARY This story happened when Lord Jesus was confronted by a pious Jewish man called Nicodemus, and He explained to him about

And he poured out the coins of the moneychangers and overturned their tables. 16And he told those who sold the pigeons, “TAKE THESE THINGS AWAY; DO NOT MAKE MY FATHER’S HOUSE A HOUSE OF TRADE.” 17His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will consume me.” 18So the Jews said to him, “What sign do you show us for doing these things?” 19Jesus answered them, “DESTROY THIS TEMPLE, AND IN THREE DAYS I WILL RAISE IT UP.” 20The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?” 21But he was speaking about the temple of his body. 22When therefore he was raised from the dead, his discipl
